Getting Into Your Head

The initial meeting with the client is really about the beginning of a relationship. Many of our clients have been with us from the beginning and we consider them part of the AVA family.

This is an opportunity for us to get a feeling for the scope of your project. We want to know your personality, preferences & ideas. This will help us guide you to the right products & set a direction for design & integration.

Topics we will likely cover include the following…

Time frame
Budget
Review of floor plans
Inventory of existing equipment, etc… to determine what to keep and replace
If your project includes new construction we are happy to work with building contractors, interior designers, carpenters etc…
If your project requires management we can recommend and oversee electricians, carpenters, painters etc…

Presentation of Design & Estimate of Cost

We will compose a complete design recommendation and estimate of cost.

Purchasing

The proposal will require a signature of approval and a deposit to begin purchasing from the appropriate vendors. We oversee all vendors and track each shipment.

Installation

We take control over every step of the installation. If applicable to your project, we will choreograph the work of other vendors, such as, Comcast, electricians, painters, carpenters, etc…We handle your installation with care, from precise wire runs to shoe covers to protect your flooring. When every detail has been seen to and the integration complete we move on to the client walkthrough.

Final Walkthrough

The last step in our process is the final walkthrough with the client. This is one of our most exciting steps. We take pleasure in showing you everything we have created together & experiencing your delight in its performance!

All services provided come with a 3-month complimentary service contract at no additional charge. Upon completion of the 3-month time period you have the choice to extend your service agreement.
